With a view of the summit crowns of the surrounding mountain landscape, enjoy the highest comfort in our first-class luxury apartments in Nesslegg | Schröcken.
On exquisite living spaces of up to 103 m2, the apartments feature 3 bedrooms, free WiFi, at least one smart TV and a wardrobe safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, crockery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The suites have access to a balcony/terrace. Often the bathrooms are directly accessible through a bedroom and each equipped with a bathtub or rain shower and toilet. The guest toilet is located in a separate room. You can safely park your car in the associated underground car park, where charging stations for electric cars are also available. The resort has a lift, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Culinary care is provided for our guests with an automatic shop by My Gusto, which is regularly refilled.
The entry to Ski Arlberg, Austria's largest ski area, is reachable in 5 minutes with the free ski bus, which departs every 15 minutes just a few metres from the front door. Arlberg is known for its snow reliability and over 200 km of powder runs. On the 302 kilometres of slopes, all skill levels enjoy the highest skiing pleasure. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach Lech a. Arlberg via the Auenfeldjet and thus easily ski down the illustrious White Ring and the Run of Fame. Via the village descent of Schröcken, you can enjoy the comfort of directly descending to your home 1495 to end the evening with a view of the breathtaking alpine backdrop.
Directly in front of the door, the weekly sledging evening takes place with bus transport on the 2 km long and illuminated route to Heimboden. In summer, nature lovers enjoy numerous hiking trails into the surrounding majestic mountain world. From 3 overnight stays, guests receive the free Guest Card Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal in summer, which includes admission to countless activities, such as free lift tickets.

The cleaniness of the apartment. The available services seem nice but we didnt use them. The ski lockers are a big plus. The location is good to get to the ski lift, the bus stop is in front of the apartment building. We had a really good stay!

endlich mal eine Wohnung, in der man sich wohl fühlt und nicht ständig etwas vermisst (zB ausreichend Weingläser, Butterdose etc.). Die Wohnung ist sauber, perfekte Lage zum Skigebiet und nach einem sportlichen Tag kann man in der neuen Sauna ausspansee more
endlich mal eine Wohnung, in der man sich wohl fühlt und nicht ständig etwas vermisst (zB ausreichend Weingläser, Butterdose etc.). Die Wohnung ist sauber, perfekte Lage zum Skigebiet und nach einem sportlichen Tag kann man in der neuen Sauna ausspannen und den Ausblick genießen. Durch und durch durchdacht mit toller Infrastruktur und Rundumservice.

Der Service ist sehr gut. Man kann Frühstücksbrot und Gerichte zum Abendessen bestellen..
Großer Skiraum mit abschließbaren beheizten und belüfteten Spinden.
Zu den Liften kommt man in 5 min mit dem Bus. Die Talabfahsee more
